March 1990 FBI photos of Genovese Member (and Future Acting Boss) Dominick 'Quiet Dom' Cirillo (1929-2024).
Born to a father from Campania and raised in East Harlem, Cirillo was inducted into the Genovese Family in 1976 and rose to Captain by the early 1990s.
According to Lucchese Acting Boss turned CW Alfonso D'Arco, Cirillo also held the official position of Messaggero:

D'Arco: "...[A previous messenger] was a man named Antonio Ricci. He was Tony Goebels...They used to call me his nephew. That was his nickname. His name was Antonio Ricci. He lived Downtown Brooklyn in my neighborhood. They used to call me his napoti, nephew [because] he always was around with my uncle and I was always there as a kid, that was it."
Antonio 'Tony Goebbels' Ricci was a longtime Genovese member born 1893 in Foggia, Puglia. He died in Florida in 1981.
Dominick Cirillo went on to serve as the Genovese Family's Acting Boss for periods in the mid-to-late 1990s and the early 2000s. He died in 2024.
