Joseph Arcuri (1913-2007), a longtime Captain, was serving as the Family's Consigliere at the time.
His crew was then headed by Salvatore Franco, according to a May 2000 Govt chart posted on The Black Hand Forum.
Joseph 'Joe Oxie' Marino (1924-2024) took over the crew formerly headed by Mario Traina (1915-1994), although the chart linked above indicates that at least a couple of Traina's crew members (the Giardina brothers) had since transferred to Arcuri / Franco.
Joseph Traina, Mario's son, was identified last year by Gang Land News as a Gambino member and Acting Captain of a crew operating in Westchester County.
